MUA lipstick - tulips ♥
Hey loves,
this has become my favourite lipstick, its a lovely dusky pink and its wearable and im able to pull it of nicely without having to apply every few minutes. the wear time isnt fabulous on this shade but it does wear well. the swatch below shows a glossy finish but its more of a satin, creamy and easy to apply is always a winner.

MUA lipstick - persian rose ♥
hey loves,
Today I'm back with a review from mua, its been a minute since i last reviewed a lipstick from them and i think I'm about 3 of having the whole collection which i will be picking up.
lets talk packaging, its the standard mua black and silver plastic packaging which i enjoy, i like them being all lined up in my acrylic lipstick holder.
mua has never let me down when it comes to pigmentation bar shade 4, that is a whole different board game, this is alot more creamy than most since mua used to add lashings of glitter to a lovely shade which normally put me off the colour completely, this shade is on the neon side of fuchsia pink but is wearable and i have worn it to work, when i was in college and if i was just popping out for a meal it lasts ok while drinking and eating but i often take my lipstick off when i eat since i don't want to be eating lipstick.

Makeup Academy LUXE Lip Lacquers ♥
Hello loves,
i picked up a few of the luxe lip lacquers in my last mua haul, but only the shades i knew id wear im not a orange/red lip kinda girl just yet but ill get there. I love the packaging, the frosted tubes and the gold writing on black, it reminds me of something alot more expensive than these are since they're only £3 a pop.
The shades i got are:
Aflush - a hot barbie pink
funk - a darker pink which is slightly leaning towards the red shade
criminal - a bright in your face hot pink
dare - a deep berry shade.
kooky - a vampy dark purple
the picture is learning more light and dark on some of the shades. but there all beautiful and try matte! they can be a little bit drying if you havent moisturized your lips before hand but i love them, they are something i forget about since in the morning i need my lipsticks to be quick and easy and when rushed these can get a little messy with them being so bright, i think im going to order the more nude-y shades and then ill hopefully use them alot more than i have done, but ive worn dare out drinking a few times and it does not budge!

MUA PowerPout - Broken Hearted ♥
Hello my dears,
mua pulls at my heart strings, but some items more than others, these are one of those products i brought and hardly reach for unless i force myself. i know its because there in the gloss drawer that i hardly ever go into but its also for the fact that these didnt blow me away.
the packaging is lovely and reasonably priced at £3, the minty smell i love and it sticks around for a while after.
the formula is lovely and the shades available are beautiful but this one has to be my favourite. its a lovely berry pink which i love in the beginning of autumn as its starting to get colder then i get darker and darker.
i cant say i hate it because i dont but i just dont love them, they was over hyped and nothing special since they was late to jump on the band wagon. but i can say i have a few of these in my day to day acrylic lipstick holder to make me wear them more.
over all there nice, they dont claim to be a stain but they do stain my lips nicely.
have you tried these? what do you think?

Makeup Academy lipstick - shade 14 bare ♥
Hello my darls,
We all know lipstick is my guilty pleasure, i own so many that i cant help having to show you all my latests loves - all coming soon - this being from mua for a £1 i cant complain. I have mentioned before more than once that mua can get it so right with packaging and on the odd occasion so so wrong, but where their lipsticks are concerned i think they got it so so so right! i cant complain about them for the fact i like the black sleek packaging yes i does look cheap but atleast it has a coloured lid! that what makes the packaging a win for me, the lid. i mentioned a few posts back how i hate when lipsticks can be amazing in formula and shade but the packaging lets them down, theres been a few that i have walked past because of this and when i finally pick them up on offer or given them as a gift im pleasantly surprised.
price = win
packaging = win
Again lipsticks can be ruined with with glitter which mua has done so many times in the black packaging rage, dont get me wrong i dont mind a little glitter but when its been thrown in to the point i could use it as a lip scrub is a no go for me, this one hasnt got much glitter if any. ive been really getting into my nudes recently but i like the more pinky brown nudes rather than peach nudes. This to me is the perfect shade of nude and i love it! would highly recommend to give this a try

MUA mosaic blusher - english rose ♥
hello my sweets,
oh well im back again with another little thing from mua, not that i needed another mua review but there we go.
Today is this charming mosaic brusher, i brought the whole of the mosaic line when i purchesed this for £2.50 each not bad right? the packaging is fabulous! its sturdy and i can see the charming pattern, the whiting is coming of but that happens to alot of things but other all im impressed.
isnt it just pretty when things are mosaic and stays that way when you swatch and use it? i was put of for sometime using this because i was convinced that as soon as i put my brush it will all be mixed together and that was that, i was wrong since you can still see it perfectly. The reason for no swatch is because i couldnt pick it up on camera, since it gives of a delicate sheen more than pigment it was just hard to capture it, but it does give a beautiful pinky sheen to the cheeks. When i first tired this out i was going on a girly night so i put this on a thought of sh*t grabbed another blusher (wetnwild pearlescent pink) which also had shimmer in and then i already had my marylou on. but it looked fabulous (should have taken a picture) and not to over done.

MUA Single EyeShadows ♥
Hiya M'loves,
As you all know i have done tons and tons of reviews on mua products, honestly i cant get enough, I'm a huge fan of the products. these helped me branch out into eyeshadow for the amazing price. The first ever one i picked up was shade 3 which is the first one in the picture it is a beautiful deep silver near grey shade, the other 6 i picked up online in one of my many orders.

As you can see they are amazingly pigmented with just one swipe, they can become a bit powdery if your piling to much onto your brush. these are all shimmer finish and beautiful shades, but they do some matte shades which I'm wanting to get my hands on and soon.
most of the shades have different under tones which makes them unique.
shade 3: a deep silver/grey shade
shade 12: comes across as a deep brown in the pan, when swatched or on the lids it gives a brown-y bronze-y copper finish! beautiful.
shade 13: looks deep deep navy blue near black in the pan, when swatched or on the lids it gives of more of a blue and purple finish
shade 14: looks black in the pan but gives of more of a deep forest green when swatched.
shade 15: is a black in the pan and swatched - not a massively pigmented black but a black none the less.
shade 22: this is the lightest shade from mua i own, its a beautiful baby doll pink. Has alot more pigment than i thought it would have.
shade 24: my favourite out the bunch, dusky pink/mauve shade with a hint of plum and a dash of copper running throw it - the swatch on like looked alot more copper but it does have a pink-y mauve-y plum kick to it to.
over all i love them and will be picking up some more when i next place a order, they have recently brought out shades with names, not knowing if the shadows are these but re-released or new I'm not sure to buy them or not but ill need to find out and soon!

MUA 2013 blusher - cupcake ♥
Hiya my loves,
today I'm reviewing the last I'm the collection of the 2013 blushers from mua, i have finished of my collection recently and this was one of the ones that i didn't own.
I previously stated that i didn't like the packaging to these blushes, i personally prefer circle pans for blush! these packaging would work better for their eye shadows - personal preference - This shade for me is reserved for when I've gone a bit bold on the eyes, its a nude with a hint of pink going on which is uber pretty! specially teamed with a matching lipstick, the formula is a hard powder don't get much dust when i sweep my brush in unlike their old blushers.
For a pound these are amazing quality and if i didn't already have them all id actually go and buy all 6 shades!
highly recommended!

MUA matte lipsticks - fancy fawn & lilac belle ♥
ohh hello mua, its been along time no see hasn't it?
i believe it was late july, early august when i last reviewed something from mua, but i have got a list of items i want from them.
now back to business. first can we talk about the packaging? i love it! i honestly love how the normal lipsticks are in black and the mattes are in white! they look so cute all together (make up tour comming soon) the formula is a little drying but if you have lovely moisturised lips before putting these on its not a problem at least not for me, i found they last along time at least 6 hours. the lilac belle shade is beautiful in spring but you need to cancel out your natural lip colour specially if your lips are naturally pigmented. the fancy fawn is a real 90s shade im not going to say the kylie jenner trend since its not like that at all, this is more brown brown if that makes sense? but it does remind me of the 90s
over all i do like them and will reach for them as soon as spring comes around again. i do want to get the other matte shades to see the colour vibrancy and to see if there better in the winter!

mua sheerfinish lipgloss - just incase ♥
well, well, well, did you like my post on monday? if you haven't saw it yet - its just below this one!!
today is a little review on this lipgloss i have done one before in february (here) but today is a bit of a brighter shade, its like a pink rose kinda colour - simply stunning for this time of year! (its summer in the uk - i say summer but we don't really have one!) again same as the other shade it smells like calpol, who doesn't love that? not sticky in the slightest, bonus its only a POUND!! it just glides on beautiful and stays. It does get sticky after a hour but then i would just reapply or take it off if i haven't got anything else to do that day. but for the money its worth it!
